Job Description

Custom Home Builder now hiring experienced Trim Carpenters! As a Trim Carpenter, you will work independently and alongside other Carpenters to finish the interior of single family homes and townhomes. Work is steady, year round, and we offer a full comprehensive benefit package!

Duties:

Install custom millwork in residential homes Install base, casing, crown molding, cabinets, interior doors, custom molding, railings, stair stringers, built-ins, and more. Proper & Safe Use of Hand tools and Power tools Follow safety guidelines at all times Haul material and tools Measure and cut millwork precisely using hand and power tools Ladder, harness, and lift use when applicable

Requirements:

Knowledge of trim work as it pertains to residential interior finish work Prior experience and understanding of use and safe practices related to power tools, relevant machinery and gear Reliable transportation daily to and from job site Possession of work boots Ability to pass pre-employment background check Willingness and ability to work in varying temperatures and elements Willingness and ability to learn and advance overall skillset and efficiency
