The ideal candidate has experience in residential or commercial construction, can read plans, safely use hand and power tools, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship. If you're a skilled craftsman who works hard, takes pride in your work, is a team player, and would enjoy occasional paid travel, this could be the right fit for you. We're looking for carpenters who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team that builds unique, high-quality projects. Responsibilities Frame walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, flooring, and drywall backing Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other building materials Read blueprints and follow project specifications Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site Work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines Qualifications Previous carpentry or construction experience of 2+ years Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions Familiarity with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Someone who can travel 50%-75% of the time. Finish or custom carpentry experience is a big plus
