Job Description

Overview As the region's most respected and fastest growing remodeling company, J&RS is seeking a dedicated and skilled Journeyman Carpenter with a desire to advance their construction career. This role involves overseeing various exterior carpentry projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and managing resources effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and have a desire to further their knowledge and experience in residential construction, as well as an interest in learning procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality control measures and safety requirements associated with the industry. All job sites are local, at home each night. 40 hour work weeks Weekends off Responsibilities Lead an apprentice carpenter in daily carpentry & labor tasks Maintain a clean and a safe work space Help maintain a company truck, trailer, and tools Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications 3 years experience required Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Willing to work hard and get along with others Ability to handle physical workload
