Carpenter - Finishing Carpentry WEB Construction has been building across southern Minnesota for over 60 years. We're a design-build firm based in Mankato, and we handle our concrete, carpentry and steel work in-house, which means our crews take real pride in doing things right the first time. We're looking for a skilled carpenter to join our team. What you'll do Perform finishing carpentry work on commercial and industrial job sites Read and work from blueprints and project specs Install trim, doors, hardware, and other finish elements with precision Collaborate with other trades and crew members to keep projects on schedule Maintain a safe, organized job site What you bring 3-5 years of carpentry experience, with finishing carpentry required Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Ability to read blueprints and work independently Reliable transportation to job sites within our service area A team-first attitude and strong work ethic Nice to have Bilingual (English/Spanish) Join a crew that's been part of this community for generations, building projects our neighbors are proud of.
