Job Description
About the Position We are looking for a dependable, highly skilled jack-of-all-trades construction professional to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on position for someone who can take on a wide variety of construction, repair, renovation, and finish-work projects. The ideal candidate is experienced in multiple areas of construction, takes pride in quality workmanship, can work independently, and is comfortable figuring out how to get the job done. Responsibilities Perform general construction, remodeling, and renovation work Complete finish carpentry, trim, doors, cabinets, and other detail work Framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs Install and repair fixtures, hardware, and building components Perform basic electrical work and troubleshooting within the scope allowed by applicable licensing requirements Handle basic plumbing and mechanical repairs Read plans, measurements, and project specifications Troubleshoot problems and determine practical solutions Operate common hand and power tools safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work independently or alongside other trades and contractors Help with projects from start to finish Take ownership of workmanship, quality, and getting the job completed correctly What We're Looking For Several years of hands-on construction or remodeling experience Strong finish-work and carpentry skills Experience across multiple construction trades Ability to perform basic electrical and plumbing work where legally permitted Ability to accurately measure, troubleshoot, and problem-solve Comfortable working independently without constant supervision Reliable, punctual, and dependable Takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail Good communication and a professional attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift materials and perform physical construction work Ideal Candidate You might be a great fit if you're the person everyone calls when "we need someone who can figure this out."
