LEAD FRAMING

Carpenter Foreman. KA Witt Construction is a mid-sized residential custom home builder & remodeling construction company which also includes light commercial and excavation. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage framing crews on construction sites. Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and building plans. Lay out and construct wood and metal stud framing for walls, floors, roofs, and ceilings. Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations. Supervise installation of doors, windows, stairs, and other structural elements. Inspect and verify dimensions, alignment, and structural integrity. Communicate with site supervisors Maintain tool & equipment, and ensure job sites are clean and organized

Work Conditions:

Outdoor and indoor construction sites. Full-time schedule, with occasional overtime Use of hand and power tools.
