Summary We are seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team at Ryan Windows and Siding. This position is essential for ensuring the proper installation of exterior siding, contributing to our mission of providing high-quality home improvement solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing and protecting the homes of our customers. Responsibilities Remove and tear off existing siding, trim, and related materials as needed to prepare the job site. Install siding according to specifications and industry standards. Install house wrap, flashing, trim, soffit, and fascia to ensure a weather-tight exterior. Ensure proper sealing and moisture management to prevent water infiltration. Perform necessary measurements, cuts, and adjustments during installation. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion. Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols, including safe ladder and scaffolding use. Provide excellent customer service during installations, addressing any concerns. Requirements Proven experience in siding installation or related carpentry work. Strong knowledge of siding systems (vinyl, steel, and/or LP), along with trim, soffit, and fascia techniques. Ability to perform caulking, sealing, and flashing effectively. Familiarity with window installation is a plus. Comfortable working at heights on ladders and scaffolding. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
