Job Description
Job Summary One 10 Companies is looking for a reliable, experienced Lead Carpenter/Framer/Window Installer to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working in a variety of construction environments. Projects and day-to-day work can vary depending on the job, schedule, and weather, so we're looking for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable taking the lead in the field. Responsibilities Remove and install windows and doors. Complete interior and exterior trim work. Perform framing and general carpentry work as needed. Properly flash, seal, insulate, and finish window and door openings. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Work from ladders and at elevated heights Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Load, unload, and move materials and equipment. Complete job-site cleanup. Perform occasional shop work as needed. Help troubleshoot field conditions and ensure installations are completed correctly and professionally. Qualifications Previous carpentry, framing, remodeling, or window/door installation experience preferred. Experience using hand and power tools. Comfortable working on ladders and at heights. Ability to lift and carry at least 50lbs. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. Able to adapt to changing job-site and weather conditions. Comfortable taking responsibility for work in the field and keeping projects moving.
