We're looking for a dependable, hardworking carpenter/crew leader with experience and knowledge on a wide range of construction jobs. What You'll Do Every day is different, but responsibilities may include: Kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodels Framing and Finish Work Loading, unloading, and organizing materials Installing trim, baseboards, casing, and finish carpentry Painting, drywall repairs, sanding, and caulking Flooring installation assistance Protecting clients' homes and belongings Operating power and hand tools safely Picking up materials when needed Working alongside ownership and management on providing excellent craftsmanship and delivering a high quality finished product. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and shows up on time Honest with a strong work ethic Experience working independently and safely on a job site Has experience with trim and finish work Positive attitude and team player Respectful when working inside clients' homes Able to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Mechanically inclined Takes pride in quality workmanship Has reliable transportation Has minimum tools Experience Experience is required. Basic skillset and experience is a must.
