Mizzell Remodeling & Exteriors is a residential interior and exterior remodeling company based in South County and servicing the St. Louis area for over 45 years. We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience and provide quality service in all aspects of residential remodeling. Jobsite locations vary and are typically located in the South, Mid, and West St. Louis area.

Remodeling experience includes:

bathrooms, kitchens, basements, decks, patio covers, windows, doors, etc.

Job Purpose:

Support the success of the Production Team by providing excellent and professional carpentry and remodeling skills on every job that ensures it is finished on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform skilled carpentry as required for each job. Complete assigned task and support team members. Provide excellent communication to the Project Lead regarding the status of assigned tasks. Maintain a clean and safe job site. If assigned a company vehicle, transport materials, equipment, and tools as needed.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in residential building & remodeling preferred. Organization and communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, work with your hands, climb ladders, and move 50 lbs. independently for extended periods of time. Have reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Resume and references required.
