The Role Working alongside our new Director of Construction and Facilities , you will be a vital part of the "boots on the ground" team. Whether your expertise is in Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Concrete, or you are a high-level "Jack of All Trades," we need your skills to help drive our vision forward. In this role, you'll be more than just a laborer. You will help keep an eye on various projects and moving parts, ensuring our expansion is built to the highest standard.

Building a 60-Acre Legacy We are transforming our 60+ acre property into a premier travel destination. You won't be building cookie-cutter houses. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-level, creative projects that go beyond "standard" construction.

Upscale RV Park:

Designing and maintaining top-tier amenities.

New Restaurants & Retail Stores & Attractions:

Building out custom, immersive themed venues.

Tools:

We have already started buying, or already have, significant amounts of our own excavation and construction equipment. You'll be working with the right gear.

You just need to bring your own hand tools.

Competitive Pay:

Starting at $28 - $35 per hour.

Qualifications Experience:

Significant experience in at least one or more major trades (Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Concrete, HVAC, etc.).
