LakesideRenovationandDesign.com Key Responsibilities Lead and execute many phases of interior carpentry on remodeling projects Coordinate daily work based on project schedules and direction from the Project Manager Install cabinetry, drywall, shelving, insulation, and interior finishes Add interior fixtures and hardware (locks, handles, hinges, closures) Maintain a safe, organized, and clean jobsite Supervise and mentor 1-3 crew members or apprentices Communicate daily progress and needs to Project Manager Read and work from architectural plans or specifications when required Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of hands-on carpentry or remodeling experience Proven ability to lead a small team in the field Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lift heavy equipment and materials Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Ability to pass a drug screening and background check (or hold a valid medical card) Strong work ethic and accountability in delivering high-quality craftsmanship Experience reading blueprints is preferred Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Retirement Savings Options Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, and Holidays) Company-paid Life Insurance Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle Paid Training & Apprenticeship Program Personal Tool Replacement Program Uniforms Provided Safety Equipment Supplied Company Events & Recognition Programs Logistics and Planning Support—You get what you need when you need it Fully Stocked Trailers with Quality Tools Provided Schedule Monday-Friday, Full-Time (Standard daytime hours, with occasional flexibility based on project needs) Location Projects are based in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will lead a crew of 1-3 carpenters on residential remodeling projects, executing demo, interior framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and more. You'll ensure exceptional craftsmanship, keep jobsites safe, clean, and act as a daily point of contact for both your team and our project managers.
