Quality Buildings LLC is seeking dependable and hardworking Carpenters / General Laborers to assist with residential and commercial construction projects. This is a carpentry and general construction position. We are NOT hiring for welding, fabrication, or metalworking positions. Applicants should be interested in hands-on building and construction work, including framing, roofing, siding, concrete, demolition, and other general carpentry and construction tasks. Responsibilities Assist carpenters, skilled tradesmen, and supervisors with daily construction activities Perform general carpentry and construction labor Assist with framing, roofing, siding, trim, concrete work, demolition, and other building tasks Measure, cut, carry, and install building materials as directed Load and unload lumber, building materials, tools, and equipment Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after projects Safely operate hand tools and common construction power tools Dig trenches, remove debris, and perform other physical labor as needed Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Perform other construction-related duties as assigned by supervisors Qualifications Previous carpentry, construction, framing, or general labor experience preferred but not required Basic knowledge of construction tools and job-site safety preferred Ability to accurately follow instructions and learn new construction skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work efficiently as part of a construction crew Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Willingness to learn, take direction, and perform a variety of construction tasks Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, lift, and walk for extended periods Ability to perform physically demanding construction work throughout the workday Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions Comfortable using ladders and working on active construction sites Important This position is for carpentry and general construction work. It is not a welding or fabrication position. We are specifically looking for individuals interested in working as carpenters, carpenter helpers, and construction laborers .

Pay:
