Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter/Framer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and installing fences and occasional exterior structures, including but not limited to pergolas, ADUs, pool houses, cabanas, and decks. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life while ensuring safety, precision, and quality at every step. Duties Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute framing and construction plans Construct concrete forms and assist with rebar installation to prepare foundations for pouring concrete structures Perform framing tasks such as wall, roof, floor, and trim carpentry using hand tools and power tools Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation, material handling, or demolition activities Manage construction site activities efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on carpentry or framing projects Strong knowledge of concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and fencing Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery operation Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Familiarity with construction management practices and safety standards on job sites Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely Valid driver's license with reliable transportation required Join our team if you're eager to build exceptional structures with craftsmanship that stands the test of time!
