Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, contributing to the creation, renovation, and restoration of buildings. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their craft while supporting project timelines and quality standards. Whether performing carpentry tasks or assisting with general labor duties, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results for our clients. Duties Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, fixture mounting, and other carpentry tasks. Perform residential carpentry work including door hanging, siding installation, flooring, tile laying, framing, concrete forming and other laborer duties throughout the construction project . Support site safety by adhering to power tool safety protocols and handling heavy lifting with proper technique. Contribute to construction site activities including concrete forming, rebar setup, roofing installation, siding work, and excavation projects occasionally . Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety regulations to prevent accidents on-site. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry or woodworking. Willing to training the right candidate. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in woodworking and framing. Experience with heavy lifting and working at heights on roofing or scaffolding. Familiarity with construction site safety procedures including power tool safety protocols. Ability to interpret technical drawings for various construction tasks such as framing, concrete forming and or rebar details. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Pay:
$25.96 - $31.26 per hour
