We're looking for a skilled carpenter to join our crew — someone who can frame a wall in the morning and hang cabinets in the afternoon when needed. Someone who takes pride in work that's square, level, and done right the first time. This is hands-on work on active job sites, from new construction to full remodels. If you know your way around a set of plans and a nail gun, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Frame walls, floors, and roofs — including sheathing and truss setting Install interior and exterior trim, doors, and flooring Set and install cabinetry and finish carpentry when needed Read and work from plans and layout Perform demolition and site prep on remodel projects Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Keep a clean, organized, and safe work site Follow all site safety procedures What We're Looking For Proven construction experience — framing and finish carpentry Ability to read basic plans and work from layout Solid physical stamina; comfortable lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in all seasons Reliable and punctual — you show up on time, every day Works well with a crew and takes direction Own hand tools (we supply the larger power tools and equipment) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites Nice to have: experience with both residential and commercial work, OSHA 10 Starting at $25.00/hour , depending on experience and skill level.
