In this role, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on residential projects, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets specifications and client expectations. Your expertise in trim, cabinetry, door hanging, and surface finishing will help transform raw structures into polished, functional spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and contribute to projects from framing to flawless completion. Duties Install interior and exterior trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and fixtures with precision and attention to detail Finish surfaces by sanding, caulking, plastering, or applying paint to achieve smooth, professional results Perform touch-ups and repairs on surfaces affected by construction activities or water damage restoration efforts Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete finishing tasks on time Assist with minor framing adjustments or metal stud framing as needed for final fitment Requirements Proven experience in finish carpentry, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and fixture mounting Proficiency with hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, sanders) Experience working on construction sites with a focus on detailed finishing work Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials such as siding, stucco, rebar for concrete forming or masonry work Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship in all tasks Join our team today and bring your finishing skills to life!
