Job Summary We're looking hard-working, punctual, problem-solvers with good communication skills to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will execute a wide range of construction activities, including: framing, installation of siding, interior trim, flooring, and various other tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from remodeling and restoration to new construction, utilizing your technical skills and hands-on experience. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide project execution Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and perform heavy lifting safely on-site Execute framing carpentry, trim carpentry, siding installation Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other tools to ensure accurate construction work Assist with remodeling projects and restoration efforts while maintaining safety protocols at all times Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate progress effectively to supervisors Qualifications Proficiency in blueprint reading, interpretation of technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper form and technique Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Independent contractor exemption certificate Join our team where your craftsmanship makes a real difference!
