Carpenter Foreman Job Description This position involves performing wood framing for a new retirement community from the ground up. You will need to read blueprints and have all your own hand tools. Flexibility is essential as you may be required to perform additional tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, or other labor duties on a commercial job site. Responsibilities Perform wood framing for the construction of a ground-up retirement community. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Utilize personal hand tools to complete tasks. Engage in site cleanup and material handling as needed. Perform any additional assigned tasks relevant to labor work on the commercial job site. Essential Skills Experience working on commercial job sites. Ability to read blueprints. Proficiency in using hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in rough carpentry. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with flexibility required for additional hours as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Missoula, MT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
