We specialize in high-quality residential remodeling projects throughout Asheville and Western North Carolina. Our work includes everything from custom kitchens and bathrooms to additions, whole-home renovations, and detailed finish carpentry. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems, and can work independently without constant supervision. This is a hands-on position for someone who's comfortable tackling a wide variety of remodeling tasks. One day you might be framing a wall, the next installing custom trim, replacing siding, hanging drywall, setting doors, installing fixtures, or handling general repairs. We especially value strong finish carpentry skills, but we're looking for someone who is confident across all aspects of residential remodeling. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can assess a project, think through the details, and find solutions. For example, if you're asked to remove a window, frame in the opening, patch the drywall inside, repair the siding outside, and leave it looking like it was never there—you'll feel right at home here. What We're Looking For Strong experience in residential remodeling Finish carpentry experience (trim, doors, cabinetry, built-ins, etc.) Framing, drywall, siding, fixture installation, and general carpentry skills Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field High attention to detail and quality workmanship Positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Bonus Skills Light plumbing Light electrical Tile installation Painting What We Offer We're building a company for the long term, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us. We currently have multiple positions available and strongly believe in promoting from within whenever possible. There is significant opportunity for advancement as our company continues to expand. We're flexible with employment arrangements and can hire either: Full-time W-2 employees 1099 subcontractors Ideally, you'll have your own truck and basic set of tools, but we're happy to provide specialized tools or equipment you don't already own.
