Responsibilities Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute carpentry tasks Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, drywall, siding, and other materials with precision using hand tools and power tools Erect metal buildings and framing structures according to specifications Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to support foundation and structural work Execute trim carpentry, drywall installation, stucco application, roofing, and siding projects for residential or commercial renovations Operate welding equipment for metal fabrication and erection tasks when necessary Assist with masonry work, plastering, restoration projects, and remodeling efforts while maintaining safety standards on-site Requirements Proven experience in construction or carpentry roles with familiarity in site work environments Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and dimensional measurements Knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall installation, roofing techniques, and masonry is highly desirable Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely throughout the workday Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to construction plans Strong understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction sites Valid construction site experience with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and environments Join us in shaping the future of construction!
