Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction and carpentry techniques, with hands-on experience in the restoration industry. This role requires proficiency in both residential and commercial projects, emphasizing quality workmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and resource needs. Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide work. Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as required by projects. Participate in fabrication processes for custom builds and installations. Conduct roofing, siding, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation with expertise. Manage water damage restoration projects including mold remediation and heavy lifting tasks. Oversee construction painting, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, masonry, and remodeling activities. Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience in the construction field with a focus on carpentry and restoration industry practices. Strong skills in woodworking, caulking, stucco application, metal stud framing, CNC operation, assembly techniques, and electrical work are preferred. Ability to lift heavy materials as needed throughout the workday. Familiarity with safety protocols on construction sites is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
