Our experienced team works with the finest materials to deliver results that stand the test of time.Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Skilled Laborer role based out of Beaufort, NC. The Skilled Laborer will work on various aspects of marine construction projects, including building docks, installing seawalls, performing shoreline stabilization, and much more. Daily tasks may include operating equipment, performing manual labor, ensuring job site safety, and assisting the team with tasks as directed by supervisors. The position requires a commitment to precision, safety, and collaborating alongside team members to deliver quality results. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel and have prior marine construction experience.Qualifications:
Knowledge of construction processes including building, assembling, and repairing structures and coastal properties. Experience operating construction tools and machinery, including power tools, hand tools, and other specialized marine equipment. Experience operating heavy equipment. Carpentry experience required. Basic understanding of safety regulations and ability to follow workplace safety protocols on construction sites effectively. Physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environments, including standing, lifting, or working in all weather conditions. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Prior experience in marine construction or general construction is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license is required, and candidate must be able to get onto a federal base.Additional Information:
