The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of exterior carpentry work, including soffits, siding, wood replacement, trim, and exterior finishing on multifamily properties. Responsibilities Repair and install soffits, fascia, siding, and exterior trim Perform wood replacement and framing repairs as needed Install and repair exterior paneling and lining Work on apartment buildings and multifamily properties Inspect exterior structures for damage and complete quality repairs Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow project timelines and safety standards Requirements Minimum 5 years of carpentry or exterior construction experience Experience working on apartment or multifamily properties preferred Knowledge of siding, soffits, fascia, wood repair, and exterior finishes Ability to read measurements and use construction tools Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Steady work opportunities Potential for advancement Team-oriented work environment
