Full-time Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality carpentry work, primarily focused on residential reconstruction and repair, with some commercial projects. Collaborate with property owners to ensure project goals are met, maintaining clear and professional communication. Manage project timelines and resources with strong organizational skills. Utilize computer literacy for project documentation and communication.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, with proficiency in all carpentry tasks (4 years preferred). Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with property owners. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with computers. Must provide personal hand tools (company provides additional tools as needed). Clean driving record, drug-free, and ability to pass a background check. Valid driver's license (preferred).
