What You'll Do As a skilled Carpenter on our team, you manage, repair, and maintain structural facilities across campus ! Your daily facility maintenance technician duties include: Conducting inspections, reading blueprints, laying out flooring, roofing, and drywall, and executing structural repairs . Preparing surfaces, repairing cabinets, doors, and frameworks using specialized carpentry hand and power tools . Completing work orders, managing tool inventories, and serving as a versatile maintenance carpenter when trade support is needed . What You Bring To The Team 2-4 years of commercial or residential carpentry background . Valid driver's license and strong knowledge of safety protocols (Lockout/Tagout, PPE) .
