Wilmington, NC Seaside Craftworks, a reputable construction company based in beautiful Wilmington, NC, is seeking a highly skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting quality structures and possess expertise in general remodeling and renovation we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Execute framing to finish work with precision and attention to detail. Lead and mentor a team of carpenters to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate tasks effectively. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Ideal employee has several years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on remodeling and renovation (framing, siding, finish carpentry in particular) Proficiency in a wide range of carpentry techniques and tools. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
