The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frame carpentry, blueprint reading, and installation work, including flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, cabinet installation, painting, and window and door installation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple tasks on construction sites while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Lead framing projects with proficiency in frame carpentry, including metal stud framing and blueprint interpretation. Accurately read construction plans to determine project requirements and ensure precise execution. Measure and cut materials using tape measures and basic math skills to meet project specifications. Perform trim carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards, crown molding, and other finishing details. Install flooring, cabinets, windows, doors, and perform kitchen/bathroom remodeling tasks. Apply painting techniques as needed for interior or exterior projects. Supervise and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards. Inspect work for quality control and make adjustments as necessary to meet client expectations. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members regarding project progress and requirements. Requirements Proven experience in frame carpentry, trim carpentry, flooring installation, cabinet installation, painting, and window/door installation. Strong ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately. Proficiency with tape measures and basic math skills for precise measurements and cuts. Knowledge of metal stud framing techniques. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced construction environment. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients. Physical ability to perform demanding labor tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Commitment to safety protocols on all job sites.
