Join Arrow Service Team! Arrow Service Team is North Dakota's leader in disaster restoration. Since 1979, we've helped homeowners and businesses recover from fire, water, storm, and other property damage. As a family-owned company, we're committed to quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and investing in our employees. We're looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our Reconstruction Team. If you enjoy variety, take pride in your craftsmanship, and want opportunities to grow, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Perform finish and general carpentry tasks on restoration projects. Install trim, doors, cabinets, countertops, insulation, and wall paneling. Read work orders and blueprints. Complete punch-list items and ensure high-quality finishes. Maintain a clean, safe job site. Assist with framing, flooring, drywall, windows, and other reconstruction tasks as needed. What We're Looking For 2+ years of carpentry experience preferred (training available for the right candidate). Experience using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be at least 18 years old. Schedule Monday-Friday, approximately 42-46 hours per week.
Hours:
6:30am (occasionally) or 7:30am (typically) to 5:00pm. Occasional travel and overnight stays (hotel and per diem provided). Rotating after-hours on-call schedule once trained.
