We specialize in all aspects of construction from new construction residential and commercial, to finish work, tile, framing, flooring, residential & commercial remodeling, cabinets, and much more. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, bringing craftsmanship and hands-on expertise to every task. As a key member of our crew, you will be involved in building, installing, framing, and remodeling structures with precision and efficiency. Other tasks include but are not limited to - Trim painting, sheetrock installation, cabinet removal/installation, This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in carpentry and construction while contributing to high-quality project outcomes. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects. Use hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines to cut, shape, assemble, and install materials such as wood, metal, and composite products. Perform framing carpentry including metal stud framing, and roof truss installation. Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, siding, trim, molding, and hardware with attention to detail. Conduct demolition/removal tasks Assist with heavy lifting tasks and material handling on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a solid understanding of residential carpentry practices. Ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately is not required, but is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills, saws, sanders; and woodworking machines safely. Knowledge of construction materials Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety standards such as power tool safety and proper handling of heavy equipment. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, climbing ladders or scaffolding as needed. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and adapt to changing project requirements. Additional skills in wood framing, light concrete work, millwork install, sheet rock installation, metal stud framing, fixture installation, residential/commercial remodeling projects.
