Maintenance Technicians are accountable for identifying and resolving problems, completing service requests, and making repairs in accordance with operating and safety standards. As a maintenance technician at Building and Grounds Maintenance, you are the face of our company, and it is your responsibility to bring your A-game every day. A BGM Maintenance Technician will take pride in serving others and delivering caring and professional experience to our customers and your fellow team members. Pay range is $22 - $28 per hour (based on experience) This is a Full-time position, Monday - Friday, weekends as needed. Job Duties Include but not limited to: Interior Maintenance Minor electrical repairs (outlets, switches, lighting) Light bulb replacements Ceiling tile replacements Drywall repairs (holes, cracks, water damage) Door & lock repairs Painting touch-ups & maintenance Fixture replacements (sinks, toilets, faucets) Exterior Maintenance Exterior painting & touch-ups Fence repairs Exterior lighting maintenance Signage repairs & maintenance Pressure washing exterior surfaces

Experience and Education:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Have a High School degree, GED or equivalent. One year's experience is preferred. However, we are willing to train the right candidate. Must have a working knowledge of the materials, equipment, tools and methods needed to be a successful maintenance technician. Current & Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and clean driving record for past 3 years. Proficiency of the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication.
