Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead to oversee and coordinate various construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. As a vital leader on our team, you will manage skilled tradespeople and subcontractors, interpret technical drawings, and supervise the execution of diverse building tasks. Your expertise in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, and related construction disciplines will drive project success from start to finish. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects while fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. Responsibilities Ability to think on the fly and resolve issues as they arise Coordinate with project manager to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to perform framing, carpentry, siding, application, and restoration work Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site by all team members and subcontractors Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other tools to guarantee precise construction outcomes Manage material deliveries, inventory control, and site logistics for seamless workflow Requirements Proven experience in New construction and remodeling projects Strong knowledge of all aspects of residential building and remodeling Skilled in drywalling, cabinet installing, tile work, plastering, woodworking, trim carpentry, and framing using hand tools and power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active construction sites Familiarity with metal stud framing, siding installation, window installation, door installation, stucco application, and restoration processes Excellent understanding of basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during construction tasks Proficiency with tape measures and dimensional measurements for accurate project execution Demonstrated leadership ability to coordinate teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards Valid experience working with construction plans and technical specifications across diverse projects Join us as a Lead to shape innovative structures while leading a dedicated team committed to excellence! Pay:
$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
