Catalyst Event Rentals is hiring an Event Rentals Processor to help our team maintain the cleanliness, organization, and flow of our specialty event rental inventory. This is a flexible, part-time role that's perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, proactive, and takes pride in behind-the-scenes work that helps events shine. About Catalyst Event Rentals Catalyst Event Rentals is a specialty event rental company known for our bold, design-forward inventory and exceptional service. We support stunning weddings and events across Omaha and the Midwest , with our warehouse located in Waterloo, Nebraska . From custom built bars to luxury dinnerware and modern statement furniture, our inventory helps bring our clients' visions to life—and this role helps keep it all running smoothly! What You'll Do Support Event Turnover Tag and separate dirty, broken, or damaged items as they are returned. Clean & Restore Inventory Wash dishes, flatware, candle holders, rugs, and furniture. Ensure all items are returned to shelves clean, complete, and in top condition . Maintain Organization Restock cleaned inventory in proper locations. Maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times. Keep packing materials stocked and organized. Prep for Upcoming Events Pack orders with care and according to Catalyst's labeling system. Communicate with the team about inventory changes or damages. Schedule +

Details Schedule :

Flexible hours; typically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM M-F , part-time

Weekly Hours :

Approx 16-24 hours per week (2 or 3 8-hour shifts)

Location :

Waterloo, NE warehouse

Transportation :

Reliable personal transportation required to get to and from our warehouse
