What you would own:

Crew leadership and task delegation Layout and sequencing of work Quality control Material coordination Daily communication with the project manager What we are looking for: 7+ years in residential carpentry, including time running crews You own jobsite outcomes and keep a crew productive You prevent mistakes before they happen You hold a professional jobsite What we offer: $38-45/hr, W-2 Guaranteed 40 hours a week Profit sharing 5 paid holidays Company workwear We supply power tools.
