Dow Construction is hiring experienced carpenters. We build custom homes, remodels, additions, garages, and barns in the White Mountains. We're based in Conway, driven by a passion for craftsmanship and committed to using quality materials.

What you would be doing:

Framing, trim, decks, siding and finishes Reading plans and setting layout Maintaining tools and materials Coordinating with the Lead Carpenter What we are looking for: 3+ years of residential carpentry experience You complete tasks without supervision Accurate layout and measurement, minimal rework You communicate issues early Your own hand tools and tool belt [OSHA 10 card a plus] What we offer: $32-38/hr, W-2 Guaranteed 40 hours a week Profit sharing 5 paid holidays Company workwear We supply power tools.
