Handyman / Carpenter - Full Time AnchorPoint Home Repair LLC - Seacoast New Hampshire AnchorPoint is a growing residential construction and handyman company serving the Seacoast New Hampshire area. We are known for high-quality workmanship, dependable service, and treating our customers' homes with care. We're looking for a reliable, motivated Handyman/Carpenter who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with our company. Position Overview This is a full-time, year-round position involving a wide variety of residential repairs, maintenance, carpentry, and small renovation projects. Every day is different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working with their hands. We welcome applicants with different experience levels, from motivated helpers with basic construction experience to skilled carpenters capable of working independently. Pay and responsibilities will be based on experience. Responsibilities Perform general handyman and carpentry work Complete drywall repairs, painting, trim work, and minor framing Install and repair doors, windows, fixtures, and hardware Complete punch-list items and small renovation projects Diagnose common residential repair issues Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism Qualifications Previous handyman, carpentry, or residential construction experience preferred Comfortable using common hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Dependable, punctual, and able to follow through on assignments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude and willingness to learn Ability to perform the physical requirements of residential construction work Compensation and Benefits $22.5 - $28.5 per hour, based on experience and skill level Full-time, consistent year-round work Paid time off after the introductory period Varied projects throughout the Seacoast area Why Join AnchorPoint?
