The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, maintains a positive attitude, works well independently or as part of a crew, and is committed to delivering high-quality work on every project. Responsibilities Install suspended ceilings, cabinets, metal door frames, doors, hardware, and other building elements with precision Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Perform demolition and rebuilding as required Safely operate hand and power tools Operate mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), primarily scissor lifts Communicate effectively with project managers, both in-house and on job sites Utilize company software to track and document job progress Attend weekly toolbox talks Follow OSHA standards and all company safety protocols, including proper use of PPE Maintain clean, organized, and safe work sites Identify and complete punch list items Exhibit professionalism within the company and when interacting with clients Requirements Proven carpentry experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to provide OSHA 10 certification or successfully obtain it What We Offer Competitive pay Vacation time and paid holidays AFLAC benefits Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement
