Our Expectations Quality leadership and workmanship skills A "done right the first time" attitude A healthy safety attitude for yourself and everyone on site Requirements Extensive carpentry experience Experience in small repairs, rot repair, and framing Finish-level carpentry is a must (trim, crown molding, etc.) Excellent communication and organizational skills Must have a valid driver's license, insured transportation, and a complete set of carpentry tools Must be able to pass a full background and driving record check (no credit check required) Maintain safe and clean worksites Hours Monday-Friday schedule. Work hours are subject to change based on workload, weather, and site restrictions including customer needs.
