Job Duties Perform all phases of commercial carpentry, from framing through finish work Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction drawings Perform layout, framing, and installation of walls, blocking, doors, windows, and other structural components Install trim, doors, hardware, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry details Complete punch-list items and maintain high-quality workmanship Safely operate hand tools and power tools Work independently and alongside other trades to meet project schedules Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Requirements 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience Proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry Ability to read blueprints and work with minimal supervision Reliable transportation to the Manchester, NH job site Basic hand tools and required
