This role puts you on real custom installs, working toward the precision that defines showroom-quality work. The Norfolk Kitchen & Bath has been building trust since 1934. As a fourth-generation, family-owned company, we design, manufacture, distribute, and install our own cabinetry throughout New England, giving you steady work and a clear track to grow your skills and your pay. Starting pay $24/hour, based on experience Full-time W-2 position (40+ hours/week) Year-round, steady work Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off What You'll Do Support full team alignments across active jobsites - running material, tools, and parts where the crew needs them Assist with punch list work - finish details, corrections, and final touch-ups that get a job to completion Provide field support to Project Managers, helping keep jobs on schedule and communication flowing between the field and office Help with cabinet installation, countertop setting, and finish carpentry tasks as needed Move between jobsites to fill in wherever support is needed that day Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Work alongside Apprentices, carpenters, and PMs as part of a crew
Requirements:
2-3 years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or related jobsite experience Comfortable reading plans and following installation instructions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (daily travel between job sites required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
