Job Duties Perform general carpentry work on commercial construction projects Complete framing, installation, repairs, and finish carpentry as needed Read and interpret construction plans and specifications Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all OSHA and project-specific safety requirements Work as part of a professional construction crew to meet project deadlines Requirements Previous experience working as a carpenter Knowledge of standard carpentry methods, materials, and tools Ability to read blueprints and construction plans Must have reliable transportation to the jobsite Must have basic carpentry tools and required PPE Ability to work safely and efficiently in a construction environment OSHA 10 certification is preferred; training available Commercial construction experience is a plus Standard Benefits Full health insurance Weekly pay — on time, every time Tool reimbursement Free OSHA + safety training Flex Time Quick response from real people — Monday-Friday, 8-5 Work steadily.
