In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on every site. Your expertise will help bring construction plans to life, from initial framing to finishing touches, contributing to the creation of durable and aesthetically pleasing structures. Duties Erect metal buildings and structural frameworks with precision and adherence to blueprints and schematics Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and restoration work to ensure solid, long-lasting surfaces Install rebar reinforcement according to technical drawings and safety standards Execute masonry tasks including laying bricks, blocks, and stone with accurate dimensional measurements Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for framing, roofing, siding, and demolition activities Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution Conduct trim carpentry, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and siding work for aesthetic finishes Manage heavy lifting tasks using appropriate equipment while maintaining safety protocols Install metal stud framing for interior walls and ceilings with precision Perform roofing tasks including shingling or metal roofing installation as specified in project plans Use hand tools such as tape measures for accurate measurements and cut materials accordingly Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects and site restoration efforts to meet project timelines Experience Hiring Residential Carpenter and Helpers Must have 3+ Years of experience Carpentry.
