In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of carpentry and remodeling projects with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality craftsmanship across residential, commercial, and restoration projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse tasks, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and fabrication, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, siding, and drywall work with attention to detail. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively. . Conduct restoration tasks including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration. Install fixtures such as lighting, plumbing fixtures, doors, windows, and cabinetry while adhering to safety standards. Support construction estimating efforts by providing accurate measurements and material requirements. Participate in heavy lifting and site cleanup to maintain a safe working environment on construction sites. Read construction schematics and schematics for electrical or plumbing systems to ensure proper installation. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects involving flooring installation, tile laying, drywall finishing, caulking, painting, and siding repairs. Support manufacturing or assembly tasks related to custom fabrication or restoration projects. Experience Proven experience in construction or remodeling environments with a focus on remodeling work. Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation is essential. Hands-on experience with trim carpentry, framing carpentry, roofing, siding, drywall finishing, and fixture installation. Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus. Experience working on construction sites with safety compliance is required. Skills in using hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding are necessary. Prior involvement in restoration industry projects such as water damage remediation or mold remediation is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and work efficiently in physically demanding environments. Knowledge of electrical or plumbing systems installation is beneficial but not mandatory.
