In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that building interiors, exteriors, and essential systems are kept in optimal condition, providing safe and comfortable environments for occupants. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your mechanical knowledge, carpentry skills, and technical experience to make a tangible impact every day. Duties Perform general carpentry work including framing, drywall installation, door and window repairs, and cabinetry Use hand tools and power tools safely for various repair tasks such , painting, or installing fixtures Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients or building occupants about repair timelines and solutions Assist in maintenance painting projects to enhance the appearance of interior spacesQualifications Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), with a strong background in carpentry and mechanical work Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently; Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish to coordinate tasks effectively with team members Leadership qualities that enable guiding junior team members or managing multiple projects simultaneously Valid experience working with building interior maintenance as well as facilities equipment maintenance Self transportation
