Carpenter / Laborer

Duties Assist with framing, woodworking, and metal stud installation to create sturdy structural elements. Perform trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, drywall, and fixture setup with precision. Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and scaffolding safely and effectively. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Support restoration projects by water damage remediation, mold removal, plastering, and water damage restoration techniques. Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site preparation and material handling. Follow safety protocols on-site while maintaining quality standards across all phases of construction. Requirements Prior experience in construction sites or related industries is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key! Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation and safety procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Basic knowledge of carpentry disciplines including framing, trim work, cabinetry & more Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards. Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
