Job Description
Skilled Carpenter — PCT Outdoor Living PCT Outdoor Living builds luxury outdoor living spaces with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We specialize in all aspects of exterior construction, including decks, porch roofs, patios, pavers, fences, windows, siding, and doors. We're looking for a highly skilled, motivated carpenter with at least four years of carpentry experience and a strong working knowledge of exterior construction. The right person takes pride in their work, solves problems confidently, and helps deliver exceptional results for our clients. Responsibilities Build and install decks, porch roofs, fences, and other outdoor structures. Install windows, doors, siding, exterior trim, and related finishes. Contribute to patio, paver, and other exterior construction projects. Read plans, take accurate measurements, and execute work with precision. Work independently and alongside the crew to keep projects moving. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite. Represent PCT Outdoor Living professionally with clients and teammates. Qualifications A minimum of four years of hands-on carpentry experience. Broad proficiency in exterior construction, including framing, decking, roofing, siding, window and door installation, and finish work. Experience with patios, pavers, and proper exterior water-management details. Confidence using construction tools and equipment safely. Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and attention to detail. The ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying conditions. We need someone who is flexible, dependable, and ready to put in the effort required to complete each project to a high standard.
