Bello Casa is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician Interior/ Exterior Carpenter to join our team in the Toms River area of Ocean County, NJ. We provide maintenance & carpentry services to community associations and commercial buildings throughout the State. We offer : Full time, year-round work Competitive pay, Paid holidays, sick & vacation time Medical benefits Company vehicle & uniforms Job duties include : Repairs to roofing & siding Windows & door repair and installation Exterior trim (PVC, aluminum fascia, etc.) Gutter cleaning & repairs Minor masonry (crack fill, skim coat, etc.). Interior trim, drywall & paint Looking for someone who excels in finish carpentry Minor electrical (lighting) Responsibilities Receive, complete, and log email work orders daily Must have valid driver's license Provide personal hand tools (large-scale tools provided)
