Edifice needs an experienced Seasoned Carpenter to oversee and elevate all phases of our operational framework, ensuring our vision is executed safely, on schedule, and to our highest standards of excellence. This role leads department heads, coordinates with cross-functional teams, mentors rising stars, and maintains strict quality control across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic integrator with strong leadership, communication, and execution abilities who takes pride in delivering exceptional results and fostering a positive, growth-oriented workplace. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily operational activities and lead a team. Perform and oversee all phases of rough and finish carpentry with exceptional attention to detail. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects stay on schedule. Maintain high standards of organizational health, safety, and operational efficiency. Train and mentor team members while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently to keep the business moving forward at pace. Ensure all practices comply with industry regulations, project specifications, and Edifice quality standards. Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on leadership experience, with proven success in managing manufacturing projects or teams. Strong knowledge of residential construction codes and best practices. Inspired by challenge and pressure. Experience managing diverse teams and maintaining aggressive timelines. Pay:
$24.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
