About the Role We build resilient, factory-crafted modular homes engineered to
FORTIFIED
construction standards — and we need a skilled finish carpenter to help bring them across the finish line. Our homes arrive on-site structurally complete, but it takes a sharp, detail-oriented carpenter to turn a factory-built module into a move-in-ready home. This isn't factory work. You'll be out in the field, on real job sites, doing the hands-on finish work that makes each home whole — trim, doors, siding tie-ins, and the critical seams and connections that keep these homes standing strong against the elements. What You'll Do Install and finish interior and exterior trim, molding, baseboards, and casings Hang doors and install hardware, cabinetry, and built-ins Complete siding, soffit, and fascia work where modules connect Seal and weatherproof seams between transported modules to maintain structural and moisture integrity Verify and complete fastening/connection details to meet
