Experienced Carpenter /

Framer Pay:

$28-$38 per hour, depending on experience

In person We are a local construction company looking for an experienced Carpenter/Framer to join our crew. We are looking for someone with solid construction experience who understands framing, can read plans, and is comfortable working independently as well as with a crew. Our projects vary, so experience with remodeling and general construction is a big plus. This is a full-time position with steady work. We are looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and is interested in a long-term position with our company. What you'll be doing: Wood framing and general carpentry Reading plans and construction drawings Layout, measuring, cutting, and installation Remodeling and general construction work Siding, roofing, drywall, and finish work as needed Concrete forming and other jobsite tasks when needed Using hand and power tools safely Working with the superintendent and crew to keep projects moving Keeping a clean and safe jobsite What we're looking for: Several years of construction and/or framing experience Strong carpentry skills Ability to read a tape measure and construction plans Comfortable using common hand and power tools Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Dependable and able to show up on time Able to lift construction materials and perform physical work throughout the day Comfortable working from ladders and at heights when necessary Good attitude and ability to work well with others OSHA 10 card preferred
